The IAMM community is made up of teams of volunteers within the United States and the various countries we visit. Our international friends coordinate the experience within their own country. Our United States volunteers include people of all ages and professions. These folks work both at home and abroad, providing what is necessary

Our United States volunteers include people of all ages and professions. These folks work both at home and abroad, providing what is necessary for successful clinics around the world. We are always eager to have new volunteers on our teams. Our ultimate goal is to provide health care to people of need.

Our History
IAMM was founded by Sandy-Hudgins-Brewer (FNP), Michael Brewer (MD), and their daughter Careyana Brenham (MD). The organization completed its first trip to Nigeria in 2003 and since then IAMM teams have been making 2-3 trips per year to several different countries. All funding for our trips and clinics is provided by donations. Fundraising is a major part of our work.
